工业工程师/VAVE

• 确保工厂VAVE指标达成和各项目顺利实施至完成。Ensure the achievement of VAVE targets in the factory and the smooth implementation of various projects until completion。

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

• 负责协助经理制定工厂VAVE实施方案和工厂指标；Responsible for assisting the manager in developing the factory VAVE implementation plan and factory indicators；

• 负责月度Workshop活动组织和开展； Responsible for organizing and conducting monthly workshop activities;

• 负责VAVE周度例会和相关活动组织和开展； Responsible for organizing and carrying out VAVE weekly meetings and related activities;

• 负责各VAVE案例立项和跟踪落实，包括和供应商/其他部门/总部/客户协调沟通，项目协调； Responsible for initiating and tracking the implementation of various VAVE cases, including coordinating and communicating with suppliers/other departments/headquarters/customers, and coordinating projects;

• 负责各案例从方案提出/评估/供应商打样/物料归集/来料检验/产线试制/结果评估/样件处理等全流程试制协调跟踪；Responsible for coordinating and tracking the entire process of trial production for each case, including proposal/evaluation, supplier sampling, material collection, incoming inspection, production line trial production, result evaluation, and sample processing;

• 负责协助ECR专员跟踪客户端相关流程推进；Responsible for assisting ECR specialists in tracking the progress of client related processes;

• 负责协助研发和供应商样件实验的协调； Responsible for assisting in the coordination of research and development and supplier sample testing;

• 负责VAVE报告数据整理和VAVE成本预算管控； Responsible for organizing VAVE report data and controlling VAVE cost budgets;

• 负责TVO网站相关数据和指标管理；Responsible for managing data and indicators related to the TVO website;

• 负责协助采购推动VAVE相关工作； Responsible for assisting procurement in promoting VAVE related work;

• 负责VAVE的异常反馈及处理跟进； Responsible for abnormal feedback and handling follow-up of VAVE;

• 完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager.。
