Lean Consultant

1. Responsible for the following (but not limited to) 3 types of consulting services with our customers:

1). Change Management：

Map clinical workflow before and after customers use our solutions, clearly indicate where the changes should take place and support customers to make the change happen. Clearly articulate the value our solution brings by comparing the new with the old.

变革管理: 画出转型前后的医护人员工作流程，清楚地说明在哪些步骤有变化，并且帮助客户完成这些变化。通过比较新的和旧的工作程序，清楚地说明我们的方案的价值。

2). Digital transformation:

Work closely with the technical team to help customers adopt our digital solutions.数字化转型: 跟技术团队紧密合作使客户顺利地过渡到我们的数字化产品。

3). Lean:

Identify wastes during the transformation and propose solutions to eliminate the wastes.精益: 在转化过程中发现不必要的资源浪费，并且提出方案来消除这些浪费。

2. Leadership: Play a critical role leading project teams through difficult challenges and obstacles by coordinating practical, creative solutions. Enable a culture that values technical excellence together with support for individuals.

领导方面：通过协调实际的，创造性的解决方案来领导项目团队度过困难的挑战和障碍。建立一种重视技术卓越和对个人支持的文化。

3. Vision: Shape the future roadmap of the business by investigating new technology, accessing competitors and ensuring that our digital capabilities are always ahead and at the forefront.

4. Travel: Travel (up to 50%) to customer or Roche sites to support business needs.

Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Business management, economics, engineering, mathematics or related

field. A postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc; or higher degree qualification in a relevant area) would be desirable

2. Excellent communicator - able to speak with stakeholders and customers to explain technology and solutions.

3. Proven ability to take insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverables. 具备从客户那里获取见解并将其转化为技术可交付成果的能力。

4. Be a champion in solving customer’s problems by understanding & empathizing. Ability to identify the technical aspects that can contribute to our customer’s success.

5. Strong Knowledge of IT Security & Healthcare IT Software Regulatory 较强的IT安全及医疗IT软件管理知识

6. Knowledge of Lean Practices will be an added advantage

8. Good speaking and writing English and Mandarin.

9. Know-how for clinical workflow and MDT, oncology knowledge and experience is prefer

10. Know-how for laboratory in LIS / HIS, insights and expertise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness in clinical lab. For example, experience for streamlining processes in laboratory, maximizing technology to ensure laboratory system and LIS are being used in full potential and help identify cost-saving opportunities in lab operations
