职位描述

Job specification:

a. Receive orders from customers in various ways (fax, telephone, website, email, etc.), and issue sales orders according to the comprehensive balance of the company's production, transportation and inventory, and carry out online maintenance in a timely manner after the order is placed.

b. Responsible for online order inquiry, export, re-planning maintenance, import of website system, loading list maintenance and printing and special needs of customers

c. Push down the delivery notice, track the production situation of the workshop, coordinate the problems found in production, and ensure that the goods are delivered on time.

d. Monitor the arrival of major customers, deal with all kinds of unexpected problems, and ensure that customers are loaded.

E. Strictly control inventory, reduce the potential risks caused by the backlog of products and reach the annual target of the company's inventory days.

f. Upgrade all kinds of problems, and coordinate and solve them to ensure the needs of customers

g. Responsible for the release of sales orders to ensure that customers deliver on time.

h. Work with the sales department to reasonably evaluate the accuracy of customer forecasts, and reduce unnecessary raw material inventory or material shortages

i. Maintain close communication with on-site service, and adjust production arrangements in a timely manner according to customer scheduling and inventory consumption

j. The consignment warehouse delivers the goods in a timely manner and invoicing

k. Consignment warehouse contract management and cost control

1、 Education/ Knowledge:

大专以上学历，有SAP经验优先

2、 Practical experience

在销售计划员岗位上工作3年以上经历。

3、 Skills requirements:

具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与客户服务和销售团队有效沟通；

具备良好的计算机操作能力

具备团队合作精神，能够与同事和客户合作，共同推动销售目标实现。
