工作职责:
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
61 Responsible for creating vehicle concept : design and develop, performance requirements, make technical solutions.
支持车辆概念的创建:设计和开发,性能要求,制作技术解决方案。
61 Integrate seat sub-system design, communicate with interface component and follow up issues and change implement Requirements.
整合座椅子系统设计,与接口组件沟通,跟踪问题并更改实施要求。
61 To check & review the 3D structure of product as to achieve design goals considering the feasibility of part manufacture, structural strength, match, cost and so on
检查& 审核 3D结构设计,并考虑零件制造工艺的可行性,结构强度,匹配,成本等以达到设计目标
61 Associating with customers and suppliers to solve problems in design
与客户和供应商相关人员接洽,解决设计中出现的问题。
61 Responsible for technical clarification with OEM customer
负责跟OEM 客户进行技术澄清
61 Communicate and coordinate with technical departments and suppliers on technical problems and solutions
与技术部门、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调
61 Organize the related meeting, summarize the meeting results and follow up
主持召开相关会议,汇总会议结果并跟踪整改情况
61 Other assistance matters assigned by superiors.

任职资格:
任职要求:
61 Rich experience in concepts and design of seat.
丰富的座椅概念和设计经验。
61 Good knowledge of seat development processes.
熟悉座椅开发流程。
61 Good knowledge about Seat components (frame, foam, trim) and the production technologies.
熟悉座椅部件(框架,泡沫,内饰)和生产技术。
61 Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards, like ANPQP, PPAP…etc.
熟悉汽车开发流程和标准,如ANPQP, PPAP等。
61 Team player with good organization and problem-solving skills.
具有良好的组织和解决问题的能力。。
61 Good communication and coordination skill.
优秀的沟通和协调能力
61 3 years or more relevant experience of SEAT or similar.
3年或以上SEAT 相关的经验
