- Creation, development, definition and follow up of project delivery plan including time schedule and delivery progress with project team for all projects

- Prepare and provide to Customer the necessary project specific documentation when requested. Maintain daily contacts with the Customer in close co-operation with the Project Manager

- Provide technical support to project execution stage when requested

- Participate in customer negotiations when needed. Maintain good customer relationships

- Participate in the process of preparing the Contract for execution

- Demonstrating that his/her project management performance is in compliance with Project Management Methodology and Business Directives

- Maintain relationship with customers.

- Maintain relationship with key vendors.

- Other tasks assigned by the superior

- Chinese (Mandarin) language as a mother tongue and Very high level of proficiency in written and spoken English

- 5+ years relevant project management experience, preferably in the marine industry

- Relevant commercial (contracts and purchasing) experience

- PMP Certificate is a plus

Professional Skills:

- Able to reading drawings & clarify vessel installation issues onboard

- Relevant commercial (delivery) experience is a plus
