Maintain the smooth relation with customer.

Communication with suppliers, vendors and oversea agent.

Receive shipping orders.

Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information.

Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.

Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.

Keep agent informed for any changes.

Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.

Update related charges in system in time.

Requirement:

- College graduated or above.

- Fair microsoftware skill.

- At least 1 year operational experience in freight forwarder or shipping company.

- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

- Reliable, honest and punctual. To work under pressure.

- Maintain good relationship with clients/oversea agents.
