85 维护并持续改进相关质量管理体系。

任职要求
85 精通发动机缸体、缸盖机加工工艺，熟悉对应的机加工设备、检测方法。
85 解释技术要求 - 运用几何尺寸和公差原理以及工程标准知识，正确解释工程图纸的技术要求；运用知识改进产品的可制造性和可测量性设计。
85 制造工艺设计 - 运用制造技术知识（方法、技术、工具、设备等）设计零缺陷制造流程，以始终满足技术和客户要求。
85 制造工艺验证 -
运用核心汽车工具（即APQP、PFMEA、控制计划、SPC、测量系统分析、货源发放和生产零件审批流程）验证制造流程是否能够始终如一地满足技术和客户要求。
85 有效沟通 - 发展和实现多模式沟通，清晰了解不同受众的特定需求。
85 语言能力： 英语流利，能够进行书面和口头交流。
85 以顾客为中心 - 建立稳固的顾客关系，提供以顾客为中心的解决方案。
85 审计 - 运用审计技能和技巧以及质量管理体系知识，有效评估制造流程的质量和安全风险及不合格项。
教育, 执照, 认证
85 要求具有工程学或相关技术或科学专业的专科、本科或同等学历。
经验要求
85 至少5年在汽车零部件制造行业的工作经验，特别是缸体缸盖机加工领域。
Job Responsibilities
85 Maintain and continuously improve relevant quality management systems.
85 Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools to
monitor production processes.
85 Analyze data to identify potential quality issues and take preventive
actions.
85 Coordinate supplier improvement plans to address quality issues.
85 Apply Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems.
85 Build strong relationships with all critical partners to improve quality
and business outcomes, including: external suppliers, external customers, and
internal customers and stakeholders, such as Purchasing, Manufacturing and
Engineering.
85 Support the cross-functional supplier selection process for any given
component.
85 Collaborates with external suppliers to validate that the manufacturing
process is designed in a manner that enables conformance to the engineering
print, engineering standards and customer specific requirements
85 Apply industry common Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes,
Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) tools, and Cummins specialty tools to
develop zero defect components within the external supply base.
Qualifications
85 At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive parts manufacturing
industry, particularly in cylinder head and block machining.
85 Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment
used in cylinder head and block machining.
85 Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, and other
quality tools.
85 Language proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
85 Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode
communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of
different audiences.
85 Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering
customer-centric solutions.
85 Auditing - Applying auditing skills and techniques and Quality Management
Systems knowledge to effectively appraise a manufacturing process for quality
and safety risks and non-conformances.
85 Interpreting Technical Requirements - Applying knowledge of Geometric
Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles and Engineering Standards to correctly
interpret the technical requirements of an engineering drawing; Applying
knowledge to improve a product’s design for manufacturability and measurability.
85 Manufacturing Process Design - Applying knowledge of manufacturing
technology (methods, techniques, tools, equipment, etc) to design a Zero Defect
manufacturing process that can consistently meet technical and customer
requirements.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
85 College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related
technical or scientific subject required
85 This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or
sanctions regulations.
Experience
85 At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive parts manufacturing
industry, particularly in cylinder head and block machining.
