Customer Service Manager

61 Ensure that all orders from customers are delivered on time and in full and aligned with company KPI.

61 For trial request from customers or 1st production; need to cooperate with Planner, R&D and supply team to ensure that trial run / 1st production can be done to meet customer request.

61 In case of encountering the raw material shortage, need to check with Planner and Purchasing team to ensure that the raw

material can be delivered in time for production.

61 Work with QS department closely and ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and courteously.

61 Execution inventory control and risk inventory management to meet company target as well as minimize the write off cost.

61 Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Evaluation are handled by the team and present to Management team for further evaluation /

execution.

61 Work with customer service team together on accounts receivable referring to payment terms and raise to Sales/Finance timely in case any not expected issues happen.

61 Coordinate with RA team and QS to ensure all Technical documents are provided in a timely manner.

61 Liaise projects with Sales, Planner, R&D, QA, and Regulatory in order to ensure flawless execution and follow goals.

61 Cooperate with indirect purchasing for the 3

rd

party logistics management and regular assessment to ensure they can meet our

request.

61 Communicate with regional team and other BU per request and support company commercial business growth.

61 Coordinate and drive new export business projects and cooperate with other BU.

61 Chase and give support in on-time preparation of customer business review meeting and internal meeting per request. 61 Support new ERP project and make sure progress on scheduling and implementation successfully.
