Mechanical Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

61 Analyze the cost components of machine and parts, provide reasonable

suggestions for cost optimization.

61 Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components.

61 Join the development of project with headquarter R&D team.

61 Control cost through local design and type selection etc.

61 Responsible for the development of a system independently. (Consisting of

several units, including preliminary market research, conception design,

prototype and spare parts manufacture etc.)

61 Responsible for technology transfer projects from HQ, localized drawings and

prototype manufacture tracking etc.

61 Improve and update the existing machines according to customer’s need.

61 Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including

safety standards, and ensure they are respected.

61 Support the project fulfillment team in the execution of the projects under

way.

61 Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents.

61 Lead or support to solve the technical problem on the customer’s site.

61 Analyze customer needs in order to offer appropriate cost solution.

61 Evaluate the cost and timeline related to the design and manufacturing of

the options requested by the customers.

Qualifications

61 Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field.

61 At least 5 years working experience in mechanical field.

61 Familiar with Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic components and Electrical

components.

61 Good Knowledge in data handing and cost analysis in mechanical related work.

61 Good English oral communication, reading and writing skills.

61 Efficient handing of MS Office, SAP and 3D-CAD(Solidworks, Pro/E, UG,

Inventor etc.)

61 Strong learning ability and communication skills.

61 Willing to travel approx. 10%.
