设备工程师/维修工程师

1. 机械设计制造及其自动化/机电工程等相关专业本科及以上学历, 5年以上本岗位工作经验

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical manufacturing and automation/mechatronics or related engineering background 5 years related working experience

2. 熟悉机构件的加工工艺，常用材料及其处理工艺；熟悉机械传动原理和整机设计原理

Familiar with the mechanical parts making process, common materials and the treatment process; familiar with mechanical transmission principle and the whole machine design principle.

3. 具有机械,电子，气动和液压传动知识。

熟悉自动化设备元器件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达和PLC原理

Know mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge. Familiar with electrical components application such as sensors, cylinder, solenoid valve, motor and PLC theory.

4. 熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD等，熟练使用Office办公软件

Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD, etc., master the Microsoft office software;

5. 优秀的学习能力和设备问题点处理能力，良好的英语听说读写

Good learning ability and equipment fault handling ability, Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6. 积极的工作态度和团队合作意愿

Positive work attitude and team work willingness.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 完成设备的运行目标，如停机时间，MTBF，MTTR Achieve the equipment operating objectives in terms of breakdown time, MTBF, MTTR

2. 收集分析生产数据和设备数据，发现和解决主要问题，降低停机时间 Collect and analyze the production data and equipment status data, find out and solve main problem, and decrease downtime accordingly

3. 负责机械设备中存在的缺陷及时进行优化改造或调整，确保设备运转状态良好

Responsible for the defects existing in the mechanical equipment optimized transformation or adjust in time, ensure the equipment running in good condition.

4. 制订机械设备的预防性维修、保养及大修计划，并负责对维修工作的组织实施及检查，监督工作的实施情况，确保维修和保养的质量满足预期要求

Develop the mechanical equipment preventive maintenance plan, maintenance and overhaul plan, and responsible for the examination to organize the implementation and maintenance work, the implementation of supervision work, to ensure the quality of the repair and maintenance to meet the expected requirements.

5. 确定机械易损件名称型号等，制定易损件清单，并根据实际情况确定备件库存量

Check and confirm the item and model of mechanical spare parts, develop the spare parts list, and according the actual situation to make the cycle stock.

6. 制订设备的操作作业指导书，培训生产线员工进行日常检查和保证设备在稳定状态

Develop the equipment operation work instruction, responsible for train operator to routing check and to ensure the equipment in stable operation

7. 指导维修技术员完成机械设备的检修、保养和重大设备异常的维修及处理，最终形成lesson learn report

Coach technician to complete the equipment repair, maintain and significant equipment maintenance and handling, eventually form the lesson learn report.

8. 负责机械设备简单机构件的图纸设计更改、安装和调试工作；对机械设备进行升级改造以提高机械效率

Responsible for the design change of simple equipment fixture, install and setup etc., for increase the equipment efficiency to improve or upgrade the equipment.

9. 参与项目开发过程中设备设计方案的评审、供应商组装调试阶段性评审和验收工作，并提出有效的改善建议；设备进厂后负责设备问题点的分析、改善和解决；

负责对维修技术员进行培训设备操作、保养及维修技能

Participate in the equipment design review, periodical review the assembly debugging and acceptance; responsible for the equipment problem analysis, improve and solve after equipment move in plant; responsible for technician training the equipment operation, maintenance and repair skills.

10. 负责设备图纸、说明书等资料的管理和必要的更新

Responsible for update the equipment drawing, work instruction and documents management.

11. 针对设备频繁当机的不良状况进行跟踪观察、制定改善对策并永久解决降低当机率

Regarding to the frequently equipment failure, tracking and monitor then make improvement countermeasures to permanent solution to reduce the downtime ratio.

12. 负责所辖区域内所有设备当机率的统计和异常改善

Responsible for the all equipment downtime statistics and failure improvement within the area

13. 参与机械事故的调查、分析与处理，并水平展开杜绝类似状况的再次发

Participate in the investigation, analysis and solving of equipment accident, and as lesson learn to put an end to happen again.

14. 参与新产线、设备的安装和调试

Involve in new production line or equipment installation and commissioning

15. 负责对产线设备保养计划的制定及执行，确保产线设备始终处于良好的运行状态

Be responsible for making out maintenance plan for production line or equipment as well as execution, ensure production line are always in good condition

16. 勇于快速，有效的执行部门领导给予的额外的任务

Fast, effective enforcement department heads to give additional tasks.
