UI/UX设计经理

1.Team & Delivery Leadership:

-Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables that directly support business objectives (e.g., conversion optimization, guest retention).

-Implement agile workflows to quickly adapt to changes, prioritize design adjustments, and respond to stakeholder feedback.

2. Design Consistency and Technical Execution:

-Establish and enforce a unified design language across all digital products (web, app, in-resort interfaces) to strengthen brand identity.

-Conduct regular reviews to maintain consistency in interaction patterns, visual elements, and accessibility standards.

-Ensure technical feasibility of design deliverables by collaborating with engineering teams during prototyping, and handoff phases.

-Conduct design-to-development alignment sessions to address constraints early.

3. User-Centric & Industry-Aligned Innovation:

-Deliver experiences aligned with market best practices and regional user behavior (e.g., familiarity with China/Asian digital ecosystems).

-Integrate hospitality-specific insights (e.g., guest journey mapping for resorts) to design intuitive flows for booking, dining, entertainment, and loyalty programs.

4. Business Partnership & Communication:

-Translate business objectives into coherent UI/UX strategies, presenting design rationales to executives with data-driven insights.

-Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure designs drive measurable outcomes (e.g., increased engagement, reduced friction).

5. Industry Benchmarking:

-Monitor trends in integrated resorts, gaming, and luxury hospitality to incorporate competitive innovations.

REQUIREMENTS：

1. Diploma Degree and above, Mobile Apps, Mini Programs, UIUX Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, IT or related field.

2. Familiarity with integrated resorts sectors, or experience in China mega platforms (e.g., Ctrip, Alipay, Meituan) and understanding of China user behaviors.

3. Demonstrated ability to connect design decisions to business KPIs (e.g., ROI, user retention)

4. Track record of pivoting designs swiftly in response to changing requirements or user feedback).

5. Experience in scaling design teams in fast-paced environments. Mastering prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools;

6. Expertise in design systems, WCAG compliance, and user testing methodologies
