Key Responsibilities 责任:
- Responsible for SAP supply chain management model implementation support, system optimization and daily operation and maintenance, to ensure efficient collaboration between SAP system and supply chain business processes. Realize inventory reduction, procurement cost saving and end-to-end process automation.

Primary Activities 主要工作:
1. System implementation and optimization
- Leading the deployment of the newly launched SAP system in the SCM department, from pre-planning, system configuration to final go-live, to ensure the smooth progress of each link.
- According to the company's business characteristics and supply chain management needs, we carry out in-depth customized development of SAP SCM system, optimize the system functions, and improve the adaptability of the system to the business. Including Sourcing Management, Material Planning, Inventory Management optimization, safety stock calculation, turnover analysis and warehouse process management.
- Participate in the company's business process sorting and re-engineering, combined with SAP system best practices, promote the standardization and efficiency of supply chain management processes.
系统实施与优化
- 主导新上线SAP系统在SCM部门的部署工作,从前期规划、系统配置到最终上线,确保各环节顺利进行。
- 根据公司业务特点和供应链管理需求,对SAP SCM系统进行深度定制化开发,优化系统功能,提升系统与业务的适配度。包括采购管理(Sourcing Management)、物料计划(Material Planning)、 库存管理(Inventory Management)优化,安全库存计算、周转率分析及仓库流程化管理。
- 参与公司业务流程梳理与再造,结合SAP系统的***实践,推动供应链管理流程的标准化和高效化。
2. System operation and maintenance and support
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of SAP SCM system, timely handling of faults and problems in the process of system operation, to ensure the stable operation of the system.
- Collect and organize feedback and requirements from users in the process of using SAP SCM system and make continuous improvement and optimization of the system.
- 系统运维与支持
- 负责SAP SCM系统的日常运维工作,及时处理系统运行过程中出现的故障和问题,保障系统的稳定运行。
- 收集和整理用户在使用SAP SCM系统过程中的反馈意见和需求,对系统进行持续改进和优化。
3. Data management and analysis
- Responsible for the management of supply chain related data in SAP SCM system to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data.
- Establish data quality monitoring mechanism, regular data cleaning and maintenance, timely correction of data errors, improve data quality.
- Utilize data analysis tools and methods to analyze supply chain data in-depth and provide data support and decision-making basis for the company's supply chain decision-making.
- Develop SAP supply chain reports (e.g. inventory turnover, supplier on-time delivery).
数据管理与分析
- 负责SAP SCM系统中供应链相关数据的管理工作,确保数据的准确性、完整性和及时性。
- 建立数据质量监控机制,定期对数据进行清洗和维护,及时纠正数据错误,提高数据质量。
- 运用数据分析工具和方法,对供应链数据进行深入分析,为公司供应链决策提供数据支持和决策依据。
- 开发 SAP 供应链报表(例:库存周转率、供应商交货准时率)。
4. Training and promotion
- Formulate SAP SCM system training program and related content to improve employees' familiarity with the system and application ability.
- Responsible for tracking and evaluating the effect of training, understanding the problems and difficulties encountered by employees in the process of using the system, and providing targeted guidance and assistance.
- Actively participate in the promotion of information technology within the company, publicize and promote the advantages and value of SAP system, and improve the staff's knowledge and support of information technology construction.
培训与推广
- 制定SAP SCM系统培训计划和相关内容,提高员工对系统的熟悉程度和应用能力。
- 负责培训效果的跟踪和评估,及时了解员工在系统使用过程中遇到的问题和困难,提供针对性的指导和帮助。
- 积极参与公司内部的信息化推广工作,宣传和推广SAP系统的优势和价值,提高员工对信息化建设的认知和支持。
5. Cross-sectoral synergies
- Drive the development of interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g. SRM) in cooperation with IT.
- Coordinate with design, quality and production to complete the setting of material codes and related links.

6. Consider fully about supplier’s quality, functioning environment, security system to assess its impact on the surrounding environment and personal safety. Changes must be fully considered in the environmental factors, control of occupational health and safety risks
在签订采购合同时,因充分考虑供应商质量、环境、安全体系的运作情况,评估其对周边环境和人身安全的影响,变更时也必须充分考虑到对环境因素、职业健康安全风险的控制。
7. Complete the RFQ for the responsible material commodities, maintain and record quotations, price comparisons and approvals according to the compliance regulations of the company
完成所负责物料种类的询价工作,保存相应的报价,比价和审核记录
8. Lead the tasks of auditing and evaluation of new suppliers and existing suppliers with QC, SCM together, also the supplier management at daily work
主导所负责物料种类的供应商的评审和评估工作,以及日常管理工作
9. Responsible for signing and management of general purchasing conditions agreement, frame contract with suppliers
负责所管理的物料种类中供应商的采购通用条款,框架协议的签订和管理工作
10. Understanding of the equipment drawings and technical specifications, cooperating with the design, product and process of continuous improvement
对设备图纸及技术规范的理解消化,配合设计、产品及工艺的不断改进
11. Continuously seeking implementation of material cost reduction via different methods and strategies-M2
