Customer Service

Handle and manage individual customer accounts from beginning until shipment completed.

Prioritize tracking and setting based on time constraints and customer priority

Update weekly/ monthly report, proactively provide tracking updates to customers.

Conduct customer interactions via email and even phone contact.

Acquire and retain knowledge of each customer’s needs and strictly follow customer’s SOP/ disciplines to ensure shipment on time

Vendor/ Logistics team: - - - - - - -

Frequent working with several systems/ manual – fast learning skill is preferred to understanding all the instruction in shortest time.

Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers.

Effectively monitor all loads assigned.

Arrange shipping plans, proceed booking and in-time document submission are the most important, comply with all regulations to avoid any penalties/ charges incurred.

Work closely with worldwide logistics experts/ companies, especially nominated 3PL/4PL

Data entry, Checking carefully export/ import document and deliver to relevant department in timeline are critical points.

To be coordinator for PM/SM/QC team to ensure all processes running smoothly

Manufacturer/ Supplier: - - - -

Generate Purchase Order to factory and control well the Cargo ready date

Good Communicator between factory and internal team to report in timely to manager

Deliver information in-time to relevant department

Monitor and keep on track goods payment and feedback to factory.

Other ad-hoc assigned tasks by management

Weekly review and report to on-board manager.

Job Requirement

- Working Experience: 01-02 working experience / Fresh-Graduate is welcome - Language: English (4 skills) + Chinese is prefer

- Education: university or college degree in International Trade, Marine, Economics - Good at Microsoft Office in basis

- Hard working, ability to work in stressful situations

- Ability to multi-task required

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
