#Manage daily production operations for optical components.

#Implement yield improvement initiatives and contribute to efficiency improvement.

#Lead 20-30 production direct subordinates and oversee 200+ DLs (Direct Laborers) on the work floor.

#Maintain focus on health and safety compliance.

【Qualification & Requirements】

#Bachelor's degree or higher.

#English proficiency (written & verbal communication).

#5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing environments.

#Knowledge of optical component fabrication processes is preferred.

【任职资格与要求】

本科或以上学历。

英语熟练，需具备书面及口语沟通能力。

5年以上制造业生产管理经验。

具备光学元件加工工艺知识者优先。
