1. Daily communication with suppliers, LSP and plants

2. Urgent shipment follow up till delivered, exceptional case handling with expected efficiency and quality， including iSTAR maintenance

3. Deviations management in daily business

4. Door to door track and trace for critical material by PN level

5. Solve issues during holiday/task force periods

6. Spot quotation process as per business need

7. LSP KPI data verification & summarize & analysis (OTD)

8. Other tasks assigned by leader

Qualifications Requirement

1. Bachelor/master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, International trade or other equivalent

2. 3-5 years experience in International freight forwarding, foreign trade experience is preferred

3. Strong working knowledge of International freight forwarding

4. Effective communication skill with strong drive to solve problems and ensure implementation quality

5. Quick learner with high sense of responsibility and ownership

6. Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
