This position is responsible for the compilation, review, and analysis of user requirements. Working as part of the solutions team, he/she will compile detailed requirements based on discussions from requirements analysis workshops, documented requirements, and legacy specifications. The position will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the requirements can be fulfilled to meet expectations. He/she needs to effectively identify changes and communicate them clearly to stakeholders for buy in.

You should have:

·University degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent.

·Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in user requirement gathering and elicitation with emphasis on mobile and web applications.

·Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills.

·Strong capability in problem determination and problem solving and diagnosis.

·Ability to build strong working relationships with internal IT & business managers, and must be a team player.

·Ability to develop effective business relationships and build consensus.

·Strong capability in problem determination and problem solving.

·Good command of English and Cantonese / Putonghua.

·Proficiency in using business analysis tools, requirement repository tools, process mapping tools (Visio, Miro) and other project delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Serena, etc.

·Good knowledge of mobile and web related technologies.

·Knowledge of UML, in particular Use Cases.

·CBAP or equivalent certification an advantage.

·Agile Certification (preferably as a Product Owner) an advantage.
