Position Summary:

This position is responsible for handling projects as assigned in industry automation area, such as production lines, machinery's safety inspection, assessment, design review, testing, and certification.

Additional tasks are to support the team to release its annual business development strategy, speaker at seminars, organize internal and external

training, support for inquiry handling and customer visits, administrative tasks for setting up the projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling projects and finishing tests and projects within lead time;

2. Review projects and prepare technical reports;

3. Responsible for testing activities, testing according to related standards;

4. Complete projects and issue positive technical reports;

5. Provide technical information and support;

6. Coordinate with other departments and branches to make sure the “one-stop-shop” service has been provided to the customers;

7. Communicate with key accounts;

8. Contribute personal efforts to team's sales plan and reach assigned target;

9. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;

10. Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;

11. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Mechanical Manufacturing or other related subject;

2. Experience with machinery risk assessment, electrical design, safety solutions for production line or compelex machinery.

3. At least 7 years' working experience in related field;

4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

5. Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;

6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Good people management skill;

9. Can work independently and efficiently;

10. Can work under pressure;

11. Good computer skill;

12. Good command of English;

13. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
