Responsibilities include:
-Monitor and supervise the relevant work of subcontractors on the construction site in accordance with standards and codes.
- Coordinate the interface among client, contractor and subcontractors.
- Minimum Requirements.-3 + years’ experience in large construction company or multi-national engineering company or project
- Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
- Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, etc
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently Excellent team-work spirit
