The E-commerce Operation Senior Supervisor will be responsible for paid advertising and crowd operations on EC channels, focusing on maximizing ROI through precise targeting and budget optimization. Also, the role will take charge of daily operation support of WeChat Mini-programs and DEWU managing TP and ensuring business targets are achieved.
1.Paid Advertising
61 Lead EC paid advertising strategy, implementation, and optimization across channels such as Tmall, JD etc.
61 Manage TP to continuously test and optimize advertising tools, TA, key words and assets to increase advertising efficiency and ROI.
61 Maintain good partnership with paid media related Xiaoer to seek better platform resources and supports.
61 Manage and track paid media budget, and contribute to EC profitability.
2. Crowd Operation
61 Utilize platform tools such as Data Bank and SYCM to conduct in-depth crowd analysis to identify high-potential customer segments and optimize new customer acquisition strategies.
61 Analyze existing customer purchase behavior to develop detailed customer segmentation, precisely re-reach and convert them.
61 Constantly monitor the latest trends on platform and competitors, find high-potential consumers, such as GenZ and then provide new customer acquisition suggestion accordingly.
3. EC Operation
61 Develop and execute monthly/weekly/daily operation plans for DEWU and WeChat Mini Program to drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
61 Oversee the daily operations of these platforms, working closely with TP partners to ensure all tasks are carried out smoothly.
61 Maintain regular communication with platform Xiaoer to gain resource support and stay updated on platform trends.
61 Communicate with relevant teams about assortment & development, MKT campaigns, Pricing strategies, visual appearance, system integration, deliveries, customer services, Accounting, etc. to achieve the AOP target.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3 years’ E-Commerce experience, and at least 2 years Advertising experience.
Knowledge
- Strong expertise in paid advertising and crowd analysis.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform tools (e.g., Alibaba Data Bank, Strategy Center).
- Experience in WeChat Mini Program operation.
- Excellent data analysis skills and a strong business understanding
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferably with experience in apparel and toys industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
