资深应收账款会计

1）Reconcile sales order information, such as customer code, customer name, sales unit price, accounting account, VAT rate. ( 核对销售订单信息，比如客户代码、客户名称、销售单价、会计科目、增值税税率。)

2）Issue VAT invoices and statements in a timely and accurate manner based on the information provided by the client port (website, account clerk etc.) , and provide timely feedback to the client as required.（ 根据客户端口（ 网站、料账员等）提供的信息，及时、准确地开具增值税发票、对账单，并按要求及时地反馈至客户端。）

3）Timely and accurate account processing, such as initial recognition of accounts receivable, collection and write-off of accounts receivable, provision for bad debts.( 及时、准确的进行账务处理，例如：应收账款的初始确认、收款销账、坏账准备计提。)

4) Risk Identification and Management. For example: ( 风险识别与管理。例如：)

① Identify discrepancies between sales orders and VAT invoices in terms of quantity, price etc., find and determine the reasons, then feedback to the responsible department and follow up the processing . （ 识别销售订单与增值税发票在数量、价格等方面的差异，寻找及确定原因后，反馈至责任部门，并跟进处理进度。)

② Identify discrepancies between invoices and receipts, find and determine the cause, then feed back to the responsible department and follow up on the progress of the process.（ 识别发票与收款之间的差异，寻找及确定原因后，反馈至责任部门，并跟进处理进度。）

③ Analysis and management of accounts receivable balances.（ 应收账款余额分析及管理。）

5) Support to sales, production control and logistics, warehouse, etc. （ 为销售、生产控制和物流、仓库等部门提供支持。）

80 Cooperate with Accounting Supervisor and Finance Manager to complete related work. ( 配合会计主管、财务经理完成相关工作。)

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

80 College or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Financial Management （ 会计/财务管理专业大专或本科学历 ）

80 Proficient in the use of office software such as QAD, excel, Word etc. （ 较为熟练的使用QAD、excel 、Word等办公软件）

80 Strong ability to independently handle difficult and unexpected issues （ 较强的独立处理棘手、突发问题的能力）

80 Strong stress tolerance and teamwork spirit （ 较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神 ）

80 Basic English reading and writing skills （ 基本的英语读写能力 ）

Experience:

80 At least 3 years of experience in a medium to large manufacturing company ( 中大型制造企业三年以上工作经验 )

80 Prioritize experience working in foreign companies or joint ventures ( 外企或合资企业工作背景者优先 )
