售后分析维修工程师

- Execute failure analysis and in-depth failure cause analysis of field returns in collaboration with the responsible Customer Quality Assurance Manager.

- Initiate further analysis with component manufacturers (suppliers) or external analysis laboratories in consultation with the responsible Customer Quality Assurance Manager.

- Participation in the handling of customer complaints concerning the execution of failure analysis, failure cause analysis for claimed units as well as the resulting failure (3D) and failure cause (4D) reporting in SAP.

b) Participation at Corrections and improvement processing in customer aftersales.

c) Reporting about conspicuous failures found during analysis of field returns

d) Technical support to production repair team for critical failures which can’t detect failure reason by repair team.

2. 其他要求：

a) 电子相关专业本科以上学历，至少5年以上有电源类产品失效分析和维修的经验。

b) 懂电路并且能熟练使用示波器,万用表,LCR, ACDC电源，电子负载，电烙铁等仪器和工具。

c) 可以进行简单的针对工作需要的英文听说读写。
