Sr. Product Engineer-Sensors

a. Lead global, cross-functional teams in the root cause and corrective action activities for design and process related issues

b. Act as liaison between factory and R&D teams to support product related investigations

c. Support qualification and change management for bill of material and process changes

61 Lead the development and launch of product modifications to mass production

a. Align requirements with the key stakeholders

b. Technical and programmatic lead of global, cross-functional teams to launch the new products in accordance with our NPI process

c. Report on status, resolve issues and highlight escalations as necessary during execution

d. Coordinate with subject matter experts throughout the organization as needed

61 Lead the implementation of cost reduction and yield improvement efforts

a. Coordinate with operations, supply chain and quality teams to deliver value and improvements to our existing product lines

b. Support qualification and change management for bill of material and process changes

61 Support the development and maintenance of Product Engineering related documentation and process improvements as necessary

61 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:

61 B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline

61 Minimum 3 years of product engineering experience in the electronics / semiconductor industry

61 Demonstrated project leadership and ability to deliver results from global, cross-functional teams

61 Strong, effective problem solving skills with solid experience in statistics and data analysis

61 Self-motivated, driven personality who is detail orientated and able to operate independently

61 Understanding of high volume manufacturing environment and the roles of operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain play

61 Strong technical aptitude with working understanding of concepts related to: MEMS, electrical circuit design, semiconductors, packaging, ASICs, and high volume product testing.

61 Language Proficiency: This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to communicate effectively in business settings. The ideal candidate must be able to read, write, and speak both languages proficiently to collaborate with global teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure clear and accurate communication.
