1 Develop control application software with quality-driven rigor in design, implementation, and testing.

2 Collaborate transparently and inclusively with other developers and subject matter experts to create and maintain high-quality, high-performance chiller control software.

3 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development process, code quality, and system performance.

4 Participate in design review, code review, code refactoring, unit and integration testing, algorithms development and documentation.

5 Participate in next generation software development for IoT enabled control, monitoring and diagnostics applications

CORE COMPETENCIES:

1 Minimum 5+ years of software development for industrial/commercial applications with a concentration in control and automation.

2 Expert level in C#/.Net programming environment for machine control application; C++ expertise or other OOP experience is a plus.

3 PLC control application software development and support experience is a big plus.

4 Working experience in developing HMI application for automatic equipment.

5 Woking knowledge of control PID algorithm, actuators, measurement and sensing.

6 Working knowledge of industrial communication and networking. Knowledge of Building Automation System, BACnet and Modbus are big plus.

7 Strong Hardware Aptitude.

8 Web software development experience is a plus.

9 Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and quality code principles.

10 Must be able to demonstrate accomplishment of problem solving and continuing improvement in a commercial software application.

11 Able to work in a global team environment with different time-zone and diversified background.

12 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

13 Excellent attention to detail.

14 Critical thinker and great problem solver.

15 Ability to work unsupervised with a “can-do” approach.
