门诊部药剂师

1、Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and pharmacy system before dispense medication to patients

2、Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems.

3、Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications

4、Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers.

5、Follow and understands all pharmacy policies and relevant hospital policies. Other Duties Performed

6、Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check.

7、Checking for expired medications.

8、Performing monthly *** inventory.

9、Completing a monthly invoice for various drug suppliers.

10、Assist in completion of mail and internet pharmacy orders

1、发药前，审核处方，核对病人处方和标签的准确性及完整性。

2、评估和解决真实或潜在的处方相关问题。

3、提供处方和非处方药的病人咨询。

4、与医生和其他护理提供者建立药学服务体系。

5、了解药房政策和相关的医院政策。履行其他职责

6、定期采购和定期盘点。

7、检查过期药物。

8、执行每月***品的库存盘点。

9、完成每月的各种药品供应商发票。

10、协助完成邮件和互联网药房订单

Job Requirement/任职要求：

1、Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy or pharmacy specialty in a technical academy

2、Minimum of 3 years work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting

3、Be able to perform the pharmacy duties independently

4、Good communication skills in English and Chinese

5、Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice.

1、药学专业毕业，持有药师、主管药师证

2、 至少6年在药房（社区或医院）的工作经验

3、能够独立完成药学职责

4、良好的中英文沟通能力。

5、了解与药品、麻醉品和药学相关的政府法律。
