Senior Quality Engineer高级品质工程师（制程）

1.Set up the quality control plan and inspection document release quality goal PQP for line control and improvement, release the QC inspection document(check list),release the relative product quality information to MP team for line control and update the quality control documents.

2. Involve project from kickoff to MP , including discuss and feedback to customer and Designers, push internal production, engineering and relating function teams to analyze and solve issue during proto build and MP.

3. Set up SPC on line , monitor and improve it once there are any abnormality base on PDCA ,develop the quality plan with MP team, and get a action plan on line once there are important quality issue ,then monitor the action and close it.

4. Handle customer complaint and reply the corrective report to customer, communication with customer and other function teams.

5. Lead quality inspectors to find production quality issue and dig out potential issue through production data, such as SPC, failure rate, etc.

6.Train and monitor the inspectors daily work. Prepare the related weekly reports per actual needs.

Request:

1.Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field;

2.At least 3years experience in the quality assurance, & process control field of PCBA products.

3.Familiar with quality tools and strong skill in communication and coordination.
