职位描述

1）Plan and set up year CIP projects and targets.

2）As window communicate with headquartor BVP person about realted projects.

3）Tracking CIP projects by communicting, driving the direct responsible personnel to implement improvement activities.

4）Measuere the CIP projects effectiveness and Monthly reporting to managers about the CIP projects status.

5）Other tasks that asigned by line manager.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

1. Experience handling produciton process problems sloving, continue improvement,VAVE or Lean projects.

2. Development and research experience in industrial engineering /manufacturing engineering.

3. Good knowledge at plastic injection process, rubber vulcanization process, assembly process.

4. Know about APQP, FMEA&CP,MSA SPC,PPAP,VDA6.3/VDA6.5, 8D, IATF16949.

5. Good English reading, writting and basic at oral english
