We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to oversee office administration and facility management. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, convenient, and efficient working environment for all employees. The Executive will ensure smooth daily operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and manage administrative functions with a high level of professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration: Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining office cleanliness, overseeing internet connectivity, coordinating plant maintenance, and ensuring a functional and welcoming workspace.
办公室行政管理: 管理日常行政事务,包括维护办公室整洁、监督网络连接、协调绿植养护,确保办公空间功能完善、环境舒适。
2. Procurement and Inventory Management: Handle the procurement, tracking, and management of office supplies, such as stationery, bottled water, tissues, and other daily necessities.
采购与库存管理: 负责办公用品的采购、跟踪及库存管理,如文具、饮用水、纸巾等日常消耗品。
3. Facility Management: Oversee office facilities, including workstation allocation, IT equipment management (printers, landlines), VPN installation and troubleshooting, and door access system maintenance.
设施设备管理: 管理办公室设施,包括工位分配、IT设备(打印机、固定电话)维护、VPN安装与调试、门禁系统管理等。
4. Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate with the People team to organize and support employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
员工活动支持: 与人事团队协作,策划并支持员工关怀活动,营造积极、包容的职场文化。
5. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new joiners by preparing supplies and ensuring a seamless integration into the workplace.

Requirements:
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
本科及以上学历,工商管理、人力资源、管理或相关专业优先。
2. Proven experience in office administration, facility management, or a similar role.
具备办公室行政、设施管理或相关领域的工作经验
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation.
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力;强烈的服务意识。
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
高度条理化,注重细节,能高效处理多项任务。
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
