2/On-site supervise facility contractors to ensure all facility activities achieve business results in terms of quality, safety, delivery, and cost.

3/Required to program and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), drives, and HMI (Human-Machine Interface).

4/Must keep cell phone available and respond to equipment breakdown support within 24 hours.

5/Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders.

6/Maintain electrical issues for all machines.

7/Implement & maintain Maintenance Excellence (TPM: Total Productive Maintenance and RCM: Reliability-Centered Maintenance) system.

8/Demonstrate hands-on ability in the area of responsibility.

9/Monitor electrical parts parameters.

10/Follow-up and control the maintenance consumables and spare parts. Lead actions to reduce their costs.

12/Follow-up CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) project and support equipment installation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Above 5 years of relevant working experience.

5年以上相关工作经验。

Good teamwork skills.

Must be familiar with the electrical control field and able to troubleshoot quickly.

必须熟悉电气控制领域，能够迅速排除故障。

Must be familiar with AB, Siemens PLCs, inverters, servos, and be able to program for them.

Familiar with servo control and programming; familiar with servo cylinder control.

Must be familiar with facilities management.
