Business Analyst

1. Communication with key customers and maintenance of customer relationships.

Actively communicate with key customers to deeply understand their business needs and pain points, ensuring accurate grasp of customer expectations.

Establish and maintain good customer relationships, conduct regular customer return visits, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Data insight and analysis

Possess strong data sensitivity and be able to collect, organize and analyze relevant data.

Conduct in-depth mining of data, accurately judge the rationality of data, and provide strong support for decision-making.

Based on data analysis results, put forward targeted business suggestions and solutions.

3. Industry content output

Be familiar with the health and wellness/dietary nutrition industry and understand the needs of upstream and downstream customers in the industry.

Be able to write high-quality articles to attract user activity and enhance brand awareness and influence.

Requirements

1. Educational background

Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, majors such as business analysis, marketing, statistics are preferred.

2. Work experience

Have more than 2 years of business analysis or related work experience. Those with experience in the big health/dietary nutrition/health products industry are preferred.

Be familiar with community operation and media event operation, and those with successful cases are preferred.

3. Skill requirements

Proficiently master data analysis tools and methods.

Possess excellent copywriting skills and be able to create content according to different channels and audience characteristics.

Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.

4. Personal qualities

Possess strong learning ability and innovation spirit, and be able to quickly adapt to new environments and new tasks.
