Supplier Development Specialist供应商发展专员

1.Finding New Suppliers:

Conducting market research to identify suppliers that meet the company's needs and quality standards.

2.Establishing Relationships with Potential Suppliers:

Holding meetings with suppliers - distributors of electronic components in order to explore the potential of the supplier and find areas for development.

3.Developing and Maintaining Relationships with Existing Suppliers:

Supporting effective interactions with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Monitoring supplier performance, regularly updating agreements as necessary.

4.Solving operational issues related to the supplier's work.

5.Other work arranged by the company's managers

Requirements for the applicant:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Language Proficiency: Fluent Chinese and English. Speaking Russian is not required, but is preferred when hiring.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a company involved in international B2B trade, with a demonstrated record of establishing successful partnerships with business counterparts. Proven negotiation skills and experience.

Core Competencies: Strong understanding of international trade fundamentals. Commercial mindset. Analytical skills, with the ability to effectively research and evaluate information. Proficient in MS Office suite.

5 days work from 9am till 6pm (can choose the time to begin).

2. 与潜在供应商建立关系：

与供应商--电子元件分销商举行会议，以发掘供应商的潜力，寻找发展领域。

3. 发展和维护与现有供应商的关系：

支持与供应商的有效互动，确保提供高质量的服务。

监测供应商的业绩，必要时定期更新协议。

4.解决与供应商工作相关的业务问题。

候选人要求：

教育程度：本科及以上学历

语言能力： 流利的中文和英文。不要求会讲俄语，但在招聘时优先考虑。

专业经验： 至少在一家从事 B2B 国际贸易的公司工作过 3 年，具有与商业同行建立成功合作关系的良好记录。具有成熟的谈判技巧和经验。

核心能力： 对国际贸易基础知识有深刻理解，商业思维，分析技能，具备有效研究和评估信息的能力，精通 MS Office 办公软件。

个人特质： 以结果为导向；具有团队合作精神；积极主动、足智多谋

工作环境：

5 天工作时间，上午 9 点至下午 6 点（可以选择上班时间）。
