职位描述

本岗位要求必须会德语,并且德语能达到可以面试的水准,需有英文或者德语简历
1. Work closely with the founder to support the daily coordination of orders, reports, and team tasks
与创始人密切合作,协助订单、报告和团队的日常工作
2. Be responsible for selected German-speaking customer accounts and manage their inspection scheduling
负责部分德语客户,安排其检验任务并作为客户的日常联络人
3. Communicate with inspectors, factories, and customers to ensure smooth inspection operations
与检验员、工厂和客户保持沟通,确保检验工作的顺利进行
4. Support with review and delivery of inspection reports and documents
协助审核报告并发送相关文件
5. Take care of selected social media activities (LinkedIn posts, image uploads, basic campaign coordination)
协助处理部分社交媒体内容(如LinkedIn发布、图片上传、简单活动协调)
6. Support internal coordination, follow up on deadlines, and help keep records organized
支持内部协调,跟进截止时间,确保文件记录井然有序
7. Proactively suggest improvements in processes and team communication
主动提出流程或沟通方面的优化建议
工作要求:
1. Fluency in German and English; Chinese required for daily communication
德语和英语流利,中文用于日常沟通
2. 3+ years of work experience in a coordination, customer service, or office assistant role
三年以上协调、客户服务或办公室助理相关工作经验
3. Experience in the import/export industry is a strong plus
有进出口行业经验者优先考虑
4. Experience with social media or content posting (especially LinkedIn) is a plus
有社交媒体发布(特别是LinkedIn)经验者优先
5. Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
工作有条理、有责任感,能在紧迫时间内处理多项任务
6. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
沟通能力强,有良好的服务意识
7. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and confidence in using reporting templates
