自动化工程师 Automation Engineer

1. 定期向管理层提出与自动化相关的成本节约机会，并进行展示。

Generating cost-saving opportunities related to automation and the presentation of this to management on a regular basis.

2. 维护并改进所有现有的自动化机器。

Maintains and improves all existing automation machines.

3. 亲自开发低价值的自动化工具和机器。

Develops low value automatic tools and machines in person.

4. 与外部供应商协调自动化活动。

Coordinates automation activities with outside suppliers.

5. 为新自动化机器生成工作指令/参数表/工作流程图。

Generates working instruction/ parameter sheet/ workflow chart for new automatic machines.

6. 控制自动化机器开发过程中的风险。

Controls the risk during the development of automatic machines.

7. 根据设计失效模式及后果分析（DFMEA）、过程失效模式及后果分析（PFMEA），参与生产流程的确认。

According to the DFMEA, PFMEA, participated in the confirmation for production process.

8. 与生产质量部门和环境健康安全（EHS）部门协调自动化机器的验证工作。

Coordinators the automatic machines verifications with production quality and EHS department.

二、新产品导入（NPI）New Product Introduction (NPI).

1. 参与从设计概念到大规模生产的整个新产品导入流程。

Participate in the NPI process from design concept to mass production.

2. 制定并执行生产爬坡计划，包括工装、设备采购和工艺验证。

Develop and execute production ramp-up plans, including tooling, equipment procurement, and process validation.

三、设备和工装管理 ；

Equipment and Tooling Management

1. 规定、选择并管理制造设备和工装的安装与维护.

Specify, select, and manage the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling.

2. 制定预防性维护计划，以确保设备的正常运行时间和可靠性。

Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.

3. 与供应商合作，寻找并优化设备和工具解决方案。

Collaborate with suppliers to source and optimize equipment and tool solutions.

任职资格：

1. 本科学历，机械工程、电气工程或自动化专业；

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering and automatization, or a related field.

2. 至少5年自动化工程师工作经验；

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering.

3. 有线束相关工艺的自动化开发经验者优先；

Have experience in the automation development of wire harness-related processes.

4. 优秀的思维、沟通和解决问题的能力；

Excellent lean thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. 能够在快节奏、跨职能的环境中有效工作；

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

6. 良好的英语读写能力；

Good command of English in reading and listening.
