Field Application Engineer

o The mission consists in providing technical consulting to LEM industry customers and getting recognize as trusted supplier/partner.

o Transmission to internal specialists in case required – Demonstrating leadership and ownership in tracking the progress to ensure right feedback is provided and actions taken.

o Direct facing to customer and take ownership to answer also directly to the customers on technical request

Key responsibilities

61 Technical expertise at sensor system and application level, especially as ICS expert in FAE team.

61 Provide technical application inputs during RFQ/RFI/pre-filter preparation.

61 Support new product design-in and verification inside customer application.

61 As the 1st level technical interface to sales and customers, contribute to the definition and promotion of the most appropriate solution for the customer’s need (existing products or new development).

61 Responsible to centralize frequent technical questions and application knowledge in databases.

61 Responsible to centralize customer specific technical requirement (CSR) in databases.

61 Responsible for basic and application training to Sales organization / customers/distributors.

Requirements:

61 Above Bachelor’ Degree

61 At lest 10 Years experience in sensor and hardware design

61 Very familiar with Sensor Technology (hall transducers/ICS) and its application

61 Customer satisfaction oriented

61 Problem solving

61 Communication, teamwork
