Customer Service Officer(客服)

1.Ensure product shipment inform, return to sales, and payment

2.Process internal system, acquaint with ERP and ORACLE system will be preferred

3.Maintain related reports which supplier

4.Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects

What We Are Looking For

1.Bachelor’s degree in required

2.Good written English

3.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint

4.Knowledge of ERP system (SAP SD module preferred)

5.Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment

6.Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills

7.Customer-oriented and good teamwork
