硬件测试装备工程师

1、负责测试工装全流程开发，包括机械结构设计、电气连接方案及PCB设计，确保测试稳定性和可维护性

2、制定硬件单板测试方案（功能/性能/可靠性测试），优化测试流程提升效率

3、使用示波器、信号发生器等设备完成工装调试与问题攻关

4、编写技术文档（设计规范/测试报告），管理工装版本迭代

5、跨部门协同研发、测试、生产团队，提供技术支持和培训。

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the full-process development of test fixtures, including mechanical structure design, electrical connection solutions and PCB design, to ensure test stability and maintainability.

2. Formulate hardware single-board test plans (functional/performance/reliability testing), and optimize test processes to improve efficiency.

3. Use oscilloscopes, signal generators and other equipment to complete fixture debugging and problem solving.

4. Compile technical documents (design specifications/test reports) and manage the version iteration of fixtures.

5. Collaborate with R&D, testing and production teams across departments to provide technical support and training.

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息/自动化/机械类相关专业

2、3年以上硬件测试工装开发经验，有LabVIEW开发或电子产品测试工装经验优先。

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

2. More than 3 years of experience in hardware test fixture development; experience in LabVIEW development or electronic product test fixture development is preferred.
