Packaging Specialist 包装主管

1. Investigate and resolve product packaging damage issues, focusing on root cause analysis.

2. Ensure safe packaging for new products.

3. Ensure the use of color boxes.

4. Ensure efficient use of pallet packaging and container space.

5. Provide daily support and communication with our German packaging team.

6. Document technical issues and improvement plans using internal systems.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Product Management, and Engineering.

8. Create clear reports, technical bulletins, and process updates as needed.

工作职责：

1. 调查并解决产品包装运损问题，重点进行根本原因分析。

2. 把控新产品的包装安全。

3. 彩箱的应用。

4. 托盘包装以及装柜空间的有效利用。

5. 每日与我们的德国包装团队进行支持和沟通。

6. 使用内部系统记录技术问题及改进计划。

7. 与包括客户服务、产品管理和工程在内的跨职能团队合作。

8. 根据需要创建清晰的报告、技术公告和流程更新。

Job Requirement

1. Extensive technical knowledge about packaging, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.

2. Proven ability to understand and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and accurately.

3. Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a strong plus.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

5. Comfortable communicating daily with international teams, particularly colleagues in Germany.

6. Organized, detail62oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical inquiries simultaneously.

7. Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and continuous improvement planning.

8. Comfort using ticketing systems or CRM platforms for issue tracking and case management.
