Sales Engineer

Title: Sales EngineerReports to: Regional ManagerWork Location: All around in China after training in shanghaiJOB SUMMARY? Achieve a sales target by developing new business areas or new business fields and acquiring newcustomers.? To help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our companycompetitive and innovative? Be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those toplans to the upper management.TASKS? Analyze data to identify sales opportunities? Visit customers, collect information to be able to create a quote? Participate to the clear technical description of the customer needs and report to sales back-office.? Collaborate with the sales back-office sales to elaborate the quotation.? Release the offer and follow-up of the customer.? Participate to the sales negotiation and closing? Attend the sales & marketing event (conference, exhibitions...)? Update the status of the sales project in the centralized database? Weekly report to the management? Generate timely sales reports? Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenueEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS? BS/MS degree in business development or a related field? Background in sales, pharma and/or chemical and process equipment? At least 3 years work experience as sales engineer? Mandarin mother language, fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are welcome? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close? Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills? Knowledge of cGMP, ATEX, pharma standards is a plus? Available for frequent travel (around 3 days per week)
