Dob Description
61 Coordination of sales activities and technical sales support in best professional mode
61 Prepare and follow up customer quotations under coordination with Poppelmann Germany and Poppelmann China
61 Project management liaison for special projects between Poppelmann Germany/China and chinese customers
61 Review customer drawings and requests; suggest solutions; and provide quotations based on product knowledge
61 Research potential leads from directories, web searches, or digital resources
61 Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, and customer referrals
61 Cold calling qualified business leads to set appointments
61 Travel for training, globale sales meetings (as required), tradeshows, and support new/existing customers
61 Sales forecasting and reporting of actual sales vs. objectives
61 Initializing and implementation of internal projects
61 Resolving customer concerns and issues
61 Generate new contacts and customers
61 Work closely with customer service and shipping department to ensure on time delivery of product to customer
61 Coordinate and set up trade shows
61 Organize and maintain promotional material including tradeshow equipment, catalogs, and samples
61 Follow and practice PPx and Startup Factory principles
61 Optimize existing business relationships while adding new accounts
61 Maintain and build relationships with key principles and decision-makers of specified accounts.
61 Maintains schedule of frequent customer visits which include opportunities for new product introduction, updating of customer forecasts, review of current and future product purchases and gathering of significant market information and trends.
61 Work closely with all departments of Poppelmann to ensure on time delivery of product to customer
61 Execution of tasks best of available knowledge and certainty delegated by the supervisor
61 Follow and reach (best case overachieve) defined KPI’s
(Key-Performance-Indicator)
Requirement
61 4 years Bachelor degree or related professional experience preferred
61 At least two years of competitive field sales experience required
61 Ability to travel in and out of China required
61 Ability to articulate technical products and solutions required
61 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
61 Strong organizational skills
61 Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
61 Previous experience in sales/project management preferred
61 Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, vehicle manufacturing or automotive sub-supplier preferred
61 Experience in the manufacturing industry, vehicle manufacturing or automotive Tier I/II suppliers preferred
61 Experience in the c-parts business (e.g. sales of screws, nuts or clips) or plastic parts is beneficial
61 Strong work ethics, well organized, highly dedicated and motivated
