80Experience in handling sensitive data and implementing measures to protect personal information under Chinese PIPL.

80Written English proficiency is mandatory.

Preferred Skillset:

80Possession of CIPP/EU, CIPP/CN, CIPM, CIPP/T, CISP, or other officially recognized and internationally accredited privacy certifications is highly preferred. Preference will also be given to those with certifications specific to Chinese data protection or privacy law.

80Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution, with special emphasis on law, information security, or data governance. A focus on Chinese law or international law with a concentration on Chinese regulations would be advantageous.

80Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex legal texts and regulations, particularly those related to Chinese PIPL.

80Working knowledge of data protection technologies and tools is preferred

80Ability to develop, implement, and manage effective data compliance programs.

80Proven track record of advising on and managing compliance with data protection laws.

80Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
