模具工程师

分析产品并制定模具技术规范；

-2. Review DFM report and tool design with supplier, follow the tool manufacturing schedule ;

检讨模具设计及DFM，跟踪加工进度；

-3. Tracking the tool trial run, review the tool issues, follow corrective actions;

跟踪模具试模，检讨模具问题，跟踪修改方案执行；

-4. Resposible for the tools release checking and final tool acceptance;

负责模具验收检查和模具最终接受；

-5. Giving technical support on tooling to outsourcing parts ;

外构件的模具技术支持；

-6. Giving technical support on tooling to the problems occurred in production;

生产出现问题提供模具技术支持；

-7. Clearing up the relevant documents and drawing on tools;

处理相关模具文件和图纸；

-8. If necessary, support toolshop maitenance job;

如有需要支持模具车间的保养工作；

-9. Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their head.

如工作需要可执行上级领导安排的其它任务。

REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求：

1. Education background and working experience:

教育背景与工作经历：

-College graduated， major in tooling related

大专以上学历，模具相关专业

2. Skill/技能:

-Over 3 years working experience in injection tooling projects for automotive interior parts. Ex-perience in injection tooling design and manufacturing. Proficient in UG or ProE software. Good communication skills and teamwork attitude. Familiar with Office software. Good Engilsh communication skills.

3年以上汽车内饰件注塑模具项目经验，有注塑模具设计和加工经验，熟练使用UG、AutoCAD等常用设计软件，熟练使用Office办公软件，良好的沟通能力和团队合作态度，良好的英语沟通能力。

3. Mastery knowledge: QS aim& policy; company aim & philosophy;mechanical process principle, injection mould moulding principle. basic knowledge of Quality and Enviroment management system.

掌握知识：质量方针目标;公司目标和纲领;机加工原理；塑模成型和工作原理注塑成型原理；公司质量和环境管理体系基本知识。
