What a typical day looks like:
61 提供机械方面的技术支持；
Provide Mechanical Technical support.
61 组装工艺开发：组装建议/流程图//TQCI/IDM清单/过程失效模式及影响分析/装货清单;
Assembly process development: Assembly proposal/ Flowchart/TQCI/IDM list/ PFMEA/ Loading list;
61 推动新工艺技术的部署和开发，如点胶，超声波焊接，压合，防尘，防水测试等；
Drive new process technology deployment and development; Glue dispensing, Ultrasonic welding, Press fit, dust-proof process, water proof testing, etc.…
61 优化工艺/防错防呆工艺的申请；
Drive process optimization/POKA YOKE application;
61 提高产能/提升生产线工艺平衡/提高生产效率；
Drive UPH& line balance& efficiency;
61 设计开发组装设备/夹具/工装；
Drive Assembly Equipment/Fixture/Tooling development ;
61 持续跟踪解决质量问题，提高良率；
Drive Quality issue continue resolving & Yield rate improvement;
61 通过六西格玛质量管理体系降低成本；
Drive cost reductions through six sigma projects;
61 提供DFA评估和检讨；
Drive DFA activities and review;
61 提供各种产品的拆解服务。
Drive teardown services to various products.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 本科或以上学历
College or above
61 6年以上机构开发设计经验
6+ years of mechanical process development experience.
61 熟悉从概念到量产的整个开发周期的产品开发和工艺开发
Full cycle of product development from concept to mass production, very familiar with product development and process development,
61 丰富的机械设计经验，熟悉塑料/钣金/压铸模具等相关工艺
Rich mechanical design experience, familiar with plastic/sheet metal/ die casting tooling.
61 熟练使用 Pro/e, AutoCAD或其他3D软件
Be skillful in Pro/e, AutoCAD, or other’s 3D software.
61 具有产品根本原因分析和故障排除的技能
Product root-cause analysis & troubleshooting skills.
61 具有较强的问题解决能力和人际交往能力
With strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
61 具备产品设计/开发方面的工程分析能力
Engineering analytical skills in term of product design/ development.
61 良好的人际关系和沟通能力,团队合作能力
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Teamwork;
