1. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.故障诊断并解决设备相关问题

2. Ensure optimal utilization and reliability of equipment.确保设备利用率和可靠性

3. Develop a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and ensure its implementation.

4. 制定设备预防性维护计划，并确保落实设备维护计划。

5. Participate in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).参与TPM 和OEE的推行。

6. Drive continuous improvement projects for equipment.推进设备的持续改善项目。

7. Analyze the causes of shutdowns and propose improvement measures.分析停机原因并提出改善措施。

8. Update new equipment accounts and control spare parts inventory.新进设备台账更新，备品备件管控。

9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.完成领导安排的其他工作事宜。

Qualifications Required必需的资格:

1. College degree or higher, with a major in electrical engineering or related field.大专以上学历，电气或相关专业。

2. Proficient in basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills基本的英文听说读写能力

3. More than 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, including at least 3 years working in foreign enterprises.设备维护经验3年以上，具有外资企业3年以上工作背景

4. Experience with FANUC robots and stacking chain spraying lines is preferred.有FANUC机器人、积放链的喷涂线经验为佳
