5. Be responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement.

6. Apply best tools and techniques to measure, improve, and control project processes.

7. Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals.

8. Reports on project progress to Cell Manager and other appropriate leadership levels at least on a monthly basis.

9. Documents improvement process learning’s and shares best practices with other Improvement IE

Requires:

1. Bachelor degree and majored in IE is preferred.

2. Analytical skills 分析能力。

3. Open minded with good communication skills 思路开放，善于沟通。

4. Solid knowledge on Lean relevant 掌握扎实的精益生产知识。

5. Basic understanding of English and be good at MS office skill, familiar

with CAD is a plus 有应用基础英语的能力,熟悉电脑操作及相关软件,熟悉CAD绘图功能优先考虑。
