Main Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement ER policy and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency;
2.Design and implement major ER programs and projects for enhancing employee experience;
3.Collaborate with site and function business leaders/HR managers to comply with applicable labor laws and practices;
4.Manage HRIS daily trouble shooting, including SAP, Attendance systems, Dingding;
Job Requirements
1.University graduate with major in HR management;
2.At least 5 years of HR relevant working experience in manufacturing and commercial and people management skills;
3.Solid experience in handling ER case, be familiar with HR relevant laws and regulations;
4.Strong communication and influencing skills;
5.Good at communicating and writing in English
