职位描述

Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for existing BHS equipment customer lifecycle business, including but not limited to parts labor service upgrade maintenance and M2P, in assigned region. As main contact window to BHS lifecycle products business.
负责指定区域已有BHS设备客户的生命周期业务,包括但不仅限于零备件、人工服务、升级改造、大修保养、生产效率提升等。并作为客户对于BHS生命周期产品业务的主要对接窗口。
2. To fulfil customers' demands by all BHS lifecycle products in assigned region, driving internal resources to solve customer issue in lifecycle business and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
满足指定区域客户对于生命周期产品的需求,推动内部资源解决客户在生命周期产品业务中遇到的问题,不断提高客户满意度。
3. Actively promote the loyalty of customers in assigned region to BHS lifecycle products and improve the revenue of lifecycle products in the region.
积极推动指定区域客户对于BHS生命周期产品的忠诚度,提升生命周期产品在该区域的营收。
4. Innovatively to provide best in the industry lifecycle total solutions to customer, by matching customer production status with BHS expertise.
通过结合客户生产情况和BHS的专业能力,创新性地提供行业领先的整体生命周期解决方案
5. To Collect and feedback lifecycle products market information and competitive information in time so that the company can develop corresponding lifecycle products strategy
及时反馈生命周期产品市场信息和竞争信息以便公司制定相应的生命周期产品战略。
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements 任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科学历或以上
2. Good presentation and communication skills
出色的表达和沟通能力
3. Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of customer service and spirit to succeed 能承受一定压力,有较强的客户服务意识和积极进取的精神。
4. Minimum 3 years service sales experience in paper, packaging, converting machinery industry
至少3年造纸、包装或印刷设备行业服务销售经验
5. Good English skills in spoken and written
良好的英文书面及口头表达能力
6. Familiar with Microsoft office
