Working experience:

1. At least 5 years working experience related to purchasing or sourcing.

2. Good knowledge in Electrical. Experience in mechanical fields, PCB and mold development & management is a plus.

3. Be familiar with the product of Inverter, comprehensive knowledge of the suppliers and components.

4. Experience in project management.

Skill & Knowledge:

1. Good English both at writing and oral.

2. Be pre-active and strong ability to work on own initiative.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Skilled in Scouting, Targeting, Visiting & Auditing new suppliers in Asian & Oversea Area based on E (Environment), Q(Quality), C(Cost), D(Delivery), S(Safety) and S(Sustainability) together with related departments.

5. Strong project management skills to ensure the on-time of project. PMP certificated is a plus.

6. Strong ability of cost analysis and follow up cost down activities to achieve the cost target together with stakeholders.

7. Good at vendor capacity analysis and general management, pre-alert to related departments and take preventive actions.
