Project Specialist

Support Dev-Com to facilitate process improvement initiatives and streamline the workflow per data analysis result. Data driven process improvement. Execute solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Manage assigned Dev-Com projects independently and make sure projects are under control across the whole lifecycle. Lead the project team to deliver the expected output and realize the outcome and benefits successfully. Assist cross functional projects and execute projects assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of cross brands/ BUs (Footwear, Apparel & Accessary) PD metrics, analyze required KPI’s to support the top management making decision quickly.

2. Support manager to improve the report capability & efficiency and reduce manual/ duplicate paperwork. Promote effective collaboration during data collecting among BUs.

- Design report format

- Explore new data sources, metrices, tools

- Assist Dev-Com team to understand the definitions and formulas

3. Manage assigned Dev-Com projects independently and make sure projects are under control in whole lifecycle. Lead the project team to achieve deliverables.

4. Support evaluating the existing Dev-Com process effectiveness and facilitating process improvement and workflow streamline. Track the performance of new and/or improved process implementation.

5. Maintain all brands Dev-Com process manuals, guidelines, and instructions. Edit and update the documents per request.

6. Taking the role as a super user of Dev-Com and sample related System (Flex PLM, MFG, Oracle...), initially analyze the requirements, coordinate the clarification, and interpret to IT and PMO team. Follow up the realization of approved requirements and support on user testing.

Qualifications:

1. College Degree

2. PMP/Prince2 Certificate is preferred

3. Good sense of data analysis and excellent attention to detail

4. Work independently with result-oriented

5. Curious and eager to learn new things

6. Excellent project software skills (Project, PPT, Excel, Visio ...)

7. Good written and verbal communication in English

8. Project management experience is preferred
