2、根据产品和研发需求，负责设备开发、使用与维护技术工作，持续提升公司设备相关技术能力。

3、管理所有生产领域的持续改进工艺和高效制造方法；

4、负责产品的工业化：定义并持续更新制造工程的工业化输入，包括制造方案、装配方案、运输方案、工装方案、材料需求等，确保非经常性活动开展直至通过首件鉴定；

5、保证生产部门拥有按照质量、时间、成本和安全进行生产所需的所有手段（工装、设备等）和文件（计划等）。

3、Manage the continuous improvement of processes and efficient manufacturing methods in all production areas;

4、Responsible for the industrialization of products: define and continuously update the industrialization inputs for manufacturing engineering, including manufacturing solutions, assembly solutions, transportation solutions, tooling solutions, material requirements, etc., and ensure that non-recurring activities are carried out until the *** piece is qualified;

5、Ensure that the production department has all the means (tooling, equipment, etc.) and documents (plans, etc.) necessary to carry out production in accordance with quality, time, cost and safety。

任职要求：

1、工业、自动化或电气工程专业或相关专业本科以上，拥有高级专业技术职称或同等学术水平的理论深度；

2、熟悉航空航天专用设备，具备自动化控制相关知识，熟悉设备维护标准，对相关备件材料清单的制定有所了解；拥有航空航天工业化设备相关工作经验优先；

3、对航空航天产品制造与工业化过程有所了解；

4、熟练使用设备相关编程软件、CATIA V5、Microsoft Office软件包（VBA）或其他同类软件；

5、具有分析思维、解决问题能力、沟通表达能力和人际交往能力，能够与多学科国际团队协作；

6、英语可作为工作语言，无障碍交流；

7、有带团队经验，拥有独立工作能力，可通过自身知指导新人工作。

1、Industrial, automation or electrical engineering or related professional bachelor's degree or above, with senior professional and technical titles or equivalent academic level of theoretical depth;

2、Familiar with aerospace special equipment, with automation control related knowledge, familiar with equipment maintenance standards, have an understanding of the development of the relevant spare parts materials list; with aerospace industrialization equipment related work experience is preferred;

3、Have an understanding of aerospace product manufacturing and industrialization process;

4、Proficient in the use of equipment-related programming software, CATIA V5, Microsoft Office package (VBA) or other similar software;

5、Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multidisciplinary international teams;

6、English can be used as the working language and barrier-free communication;

7、Have experience in leading a team, have the ability to work independently, can guide newcomers to work through their own knowledge.
