职位描述

1、负责执行厂房设施维护计划，确保计划有效. /Responsible for make build & facility maintenance plan, and supervise the implementation of the plan, Ensure the effectiveness of the plan

2、负责动力设施的日常检查，维护, 确保设施处于良好状态

/Responsible for facility daily check and maintenance, ensure facility in good status.

3、负责特种设备的日常检查，检验，维修，确保符合法规要求

/Responsible for special equipment check, calibration and maintenance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

4、负责建筑以及消防设施的检查，测试，维护，确保符合法规要求

/Responsible for building and firefighting system check, testing and maintenance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

5、与维保供应商配合，监督供应商的工作. Coordinate work service supplier， supervise the work of the Supplier

6、监测测工厂能源消耗状态，并寻找改进机会. Monitor the energy consumption status of the factory and seek opportunities for improvement

7、其他公司分配的任务/Other task as assigned by company

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，工程类专业./College degree is minimum requirement, Engineering major

2、至少三年设施工程师的工作经验 / Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility engineering.

3、有跨国公司工作经验的优先 / Prefer recent experience in a MNC

4、熟悉特种设备，消防系统管理，压缩空气系统，供配电系统，暖通系统,冷冻机等./Familiar with special equipment, firefighting system, compressed air system, chiller, power supply system, HVAC

5、微软办公软件 / Ms office

6、拥有高低压电工证，特种设备管理员证，消防设备管理员证优先/With Electrician certificate，Special Equipment Administrator Certificate are preferred

7、有优秀的沟通技巧 / Have an excellent communication skill

8、能在多任务的状态下有序完成工作/ Be able to complete work in an orderly manner in a multi task state

9、有较强的抗压能力/ Strong pressure resistance
