Senior Merchandiser（深圳-美妆及玩具）

- Create division purchasing summary

*Confirm sales team sales order

*Confirm FOB and margin

*Confirm order allocation

*Confirm ex-factory and shipment date

*Confirm retailer delivery date

*Confirm ETA ports

- Monitor shipment plans, booking, and document submission

- Create and monitor production plans

- Solve production problems

- Manage supplier quotations, negotiations, and analysis

- Create and document item specifications

- Conduct supplier visits and production line checks

- Follow up on pre-production samples

Additional Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, production management, or related field

- Strong negotiation skills

- Energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player

- Background in licensing business is preferred

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of the trend and culture of the US

- Strong product knowledge of cosmetic, personal care, bath, and toy items

- Knowledge of the latest AI technology and apps that can be applied to daily work

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in: English; Mandarin is a plus
